Personal Pick up

No fees are applicable for customers wishing to pick up there Sofas form our Warehouse. Please Contact use on 0845 643 2848 in advance, and we would be glad to provide our warehouse address . A foremen will be allocated on your confirmed pick up date, to assist you.
(A fee of £25.00 + vat will be charged for allocation)

Every Single Sofa at Ultra Couture Design will be "Meticulously inspected for any defects or damage by our Quality Control team prior delivery"
"Please count and inspect your items carefully before you sign for the Delivery. Signing the delivery form is deemed confirmation & verification that your order has been received in good condition."

Our Gold-Class service consists of a singles delivery person to deliver your sofa. Please be advised that they will require your help in moving the unit in, and up any stairs.

Our Platinum-Class service consists of a two (2) Person team, who will deliver your sofa & place it in a place of your choice. For this service please add a further £35.00 to the delivery charge.
